The report delves into the recruitment marketing strategies used among the Fortune 500, including examples from top performing companies, and quick wins that talent teams can implement right away to achieve their hiring goals..

Symphony Talent CEO Kermit Randa emphasized the importance of this report by stating, “Today’s hiring landscape is vastly different from what we have seen in years past. Not only have candidate expectations evolved, we are seeing a new dynamic emerge among talent teams as they face economic challenges, and budget and resource constraints.”

  • Only 60% of companies use branded emails when communicating with candidates 
  • Only 17% of companies are focused on internal mobility 
  • 43% of companies outline the application process and expectations 
  • Only 9% of companies send content other than jobs to candidates
  • 45% send monthly communication to prior applicants
