Kermit Randa
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Symphony Talent, Kermit Randa has reset the company’s mission and vision, and has aligned the organization to focus on driving greater results for clients and provide the data-driven solutions talent acquisition teams need today to succeed. With extensive experience leading transformation to create cultures of accountability, high performance, and profitable growth, Kermit has helped Symphony Talent reimagine the power of its brand.
Kermit has a proven track record of accelerating execution, launching new phases of company performance, and unlocking new value streams. As a change agent who leads organizations to become sustainable, thriving, category-leading businesses, Kermit focuses on elevating human interaction and relationships and communicating effectively across customer bases, all employee levels and disciplines, and business partner relationships.
With over 20 years of experience, Kermit’s roles have spanned the C-suite as CEO, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive experience leading healthcare tech companies, and experience in the education sector. He is also an Industry Advisor and Board Member.
Kermit is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Xavier University, and the University of Cincinnati.
Bryce Ashcraft
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Bryce Ashcraft helps align Symphony Talent employees across teams in the U.S., the U.K. and India, focusing on providing employees with growth and enrichment opportunities.
Bryce is a strategic and business-minded business partner with a passion and talent for building individuals, teams and organizations. Bryce uniquely navigates complex organizations and achieves optimal results due to his interpersonal skills and partnerships across functions and geographical boundaries.
Bryce has nearly 20 years of experience as a strategic leader, including over a decade at tech companies. His roles have spanned the breadth of human resources and talent acquisition as Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, and Vice President Global Human Resources.
Bryce is an alumnus of the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, and California State University San Marcos.
Sunny Moore
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Sunny Moore brings over 25 years of diversified financial and operational experience across private, public, and PE-backed companies. Most recently, Sunny was CFO at PCS Software, Inc., an AI-powered transportation management software platform and CFO at Teachers of Tomorrow, an EdTech software and services company. She has extensive knowledge in managing accounting, financial planning and analysis, and business operations, aligning stakeholders and systems to drive efficiency across all levels of the organization. Previously Sunny served as Vice President of Finance for Alert Logic, a cybersecurity platform, Vice President of Analysis for Landry’s, Inc, a dining, hospitality and entertaining company; and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Vignette Corporation. Sunny holds dual master’s degrees in Engineering and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Engineering from Rice University.
Perry Steinberg
Chief Product Officer
In his role as Chief Product Officer of Symphony Talent's Recruitment Marketing Platform, Perry Steinberg leads the Global Product Management, Product Ops, User Design, Engineering and Architecture teams. Perry has aligned Symphony Talent’s customer needs with Product and Engineering's ability to deliver technology solutions to meet those needs.
Perry Steinberg is a customer-centric technology executive, with 30 years of experience scaling and transforming global businesses. He has experience at all levels of software development from vision and strategy to planning and execution.
Throughout his career, he has consistently helped companies curate and executive innovative product roadmaps. He has also worked in Product and Product Management to help clients accelerate revenue growth.
Perry is an alumnus of University of Michigan and University of California, Los Angeles.
Kelly Ellis
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Kelly Ellis is responsible for facilitating meaningful connections and driving conversions with internal and external stakeholders that directly impact the growth and effectiveness of Symphony Talent in today’s global marketplace. With a clear and consistent focus on the priorities and challenges of talent acquisition professionals, as well as industry trends, market positioning, technology innovations, and leading best practices, Kelly steers the marketing team and collaborates cross-functionally to drive optimal results. Kelly brings extensive marketing leadership experience, serving global enterprise organizations in several industries including healthcare, technology, research, and others. An alumni of Rutgers University, Kelly holds several marketing certifications and continues to hone her craft to best support her team and the organization as a whole.
Roy Wood
Chief Customer Officer
In his role as Chief Client Officer at Symphony Talent, Roy Wood has responsibility for all post-sale aspects of the client engagement lifecycle, including managing the Professional Services, Client Support, and Client Success lines-of-business. He also has oversight of the Media and Studio creative teams, two areas of unique competitive advantage.
Roy has over 29 years in the industry, leading teams that work closely with clients in successfully deploying technical solutions to solve complex business issues.
Prior to joining Symphony Talent, Roy served as Chief Customer officer at Insurity, and was previously Global Vice President of Services & Support at Sparta Systems, a provider of quality management software to 30 of the top 30 large pharmaceutical companies. He has also held numerous senior global-level roles during his more than 15-year career at SAP.
Roy earned his MBA with a combined focus in Human Resources and Information Systems from The State University of New York at Albany, and has his BA in Economics from Vassar College.
Jennifer Harrigan
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer, Jennifer manages Symphony Talent's global legal department and serves as a strategic legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Jennifer is an accomplished attorney with a broad range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property experience. She has strong business acumen combined with solid legal judgment to proactively and to effectively manage risk. She has sharp negotiating skills and the ability to identify, analyze and creatively resolve complex issues to further Symphony Talent's business goals.
Jennifer is also the executive sponsor for several Symphony Talent employee resource groups including the DEI Committee and the Women’s Emerging Leaders program.
She is an alumnus of Georgetown University Law Center and Tufts University.
Tyler Holbrook
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Tyler supports Symphony Talent and our clients in strategizing and meeting goals. With over 25 years of experience in IT, engineering, and operations, Tyler is responsible for security, DevOps, and enterprise applications. He has held numerous technical and business leadership roles throughout his tenure. Tyler serves on national and local technology advisory boards and speaks at technology-related conferences. He is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma.
Simon Phillips

As EVP, Managing Director of our global Brand & Creative Studio, Simon is responsible for all our creative and brand-related client work around the globe. He has over 25 years of experience in global employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing, and employee communications, and is extremely well-versed in employer branding needs for organizations across all industries and geographies.
Specializing in employer value proposition (EVP), employer branding, and recruitment marketing. Simon’s extensive expertise has helped to define some of the world’s leading brands’ EVPs, create inspiring campaigns, and elevate many organizations' employer brand stories.
Simon’s brand and creative teams develop cohesive design systems, compelling campaigns, websites and content strategies, creating memorable experiences at every talent touchpoint.
