The EVP positioned the company as a vibrant organization that honored the past, celebrated the present and empowered employees to make a meaningful impact on the future. It's all about Crafting Careers and Creating Legacies. The next step was to use the EVP as a foundation for creating a comprehensive campaign of communication concepts.



To move the needle in a crowded marketplace of competitors, the theme of celebration would play a starring role in our concepts. We needed to communicate pride in the company’s history and anticipation for an even more amazing future. To expand the image of Molson Coors as just a brewer of beers, we emphasized the breadth of its product offerings, including non-alcoholic beverages. And we invited candidates to picture a future with Molson Coors. The language is upbeat and inviting. The designs pop with energy and excitement. It’s all about the celebration!
