David brings more than 25 years of Recruitment Marketing & Advertising experience to the table. As a Client Success Executive, VP at Symphony Talent, David leads some of the organization’s largest accounts, including Vanguard, JP MorganChase, Edward Jones, PNC Bank, and others, bringing strategic support to marketing campaigns and technology projects. Prior to joining Symphony Talent (then Bernard Hodes Group) in 2000, David worked in public relations and media sales. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego, as well as a Marketing Specialization Certificate from San Diego State University.

Loren Nelson

Vice President, Solutions Engineer

Loren brings over 30 years of experience delivering HR and Talent Acquisition digital solutions for global and domestic organizations. He began his career at GE Aerospace and later worked with the Recruitment Group at J. Walter Thompson, building a strong foundation in technology and employer branding. One of his early milestones in digital recruiting was developing the first career site for Sprint—an experience that ignited his passion for innovative talent solutions. Since then, Loren has played a key role at Symphony Talent, partnering with clients to align solutions with their evolving talent strategies. As Vice President, Product Manager - Career Sites & SFX Platform Solutions, he leads the platform’s strategic vision and development priorities to ensure ongoing innovation and measurable impact.
