To outline a focused, outcome-based plan, the Symphony Talent RPO team audited and classified the CRM talent community by volume and nursing specialties. It was determined that there was an ample supply of RNs to tap into and no other sources would be required during the pilot. Within two weeks, the RPO team began recruiting directly from the CRM for the Orlando campus. Great RNs were also forwarded to other facilities in the Florida Hospital network if the candidate was interested in exploring other opportunities. Weekly team calls and monthly reporting provided status updates, client success metrics, and hire numbers.
